In the vineyard we are harvesting dry farmed blocks 2 and 10B, Grenache and Zinfandel
In the winery, the 2011 Sauvignon Blanc has been racked off and is now in tank patiently awaiting the bottle, 2011 Tempranillo is processed and working through fermentation. On Wednesday we’ll provide photo updates of the special lot Syrah covered in last week’s post.
